JUMPSTART TIPS

Even though coming to Jump Start Adventure Park is full of excitement and fun, please take some time to review the safety rules with your kids before you head to the park and make it an amazing and safe experience for everyone!

 

GENERAL SAFETY

  • LIABILITY WAIVER- By using the equipment and property at this facility, all guests are bound by the liability waiver and release set forth in the terms of the Agreement that must be executed upon admittance to the facility. Those under the age of 18 must have the Agreement completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian.
  • ASSUMPTION OF RISK- Participation in all activities is an inherently dangerous recreational activity and involves a level of risk that each participant must evaluate on their own. By using this facility, you are assuming a risk of serious injury or death. For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by jumping on a trampoline. Expectant mothers should not jump. WARNING! Catastrophic injury, paralysis or even death may result from failing to follow the rules below and due to inherent risks, sometimes even if all rules are followed.
  • SOMERSAULTS NOT RECOMMENDED- Landing on the head or neck can cause serious injury, paralysis or death, even when landing in the middle of the mat. Jumpers must maintain total control of their bodies while jumping.
  • CHILD SUPERVISION- Children ages 6 and under should never be left unattended
  • WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING- Clothes must be free of hanging zippers, belts, strings and remove jewelry. Empty pockets and have nothing in mouth (e.g. gum, candy or other).
  • DO NOT DOUBLE BOUNCE!
  • NO LANDING ON HEAD OR NECK!
  • NO DRUGS, ALCOHOL OR OTHER SUBSTANCES AND NO JUMPING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THESE SUBSTANCES!
  • NO ROUGH HOUSING OR FIGHTING!
  • NO ABUSIVE OR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE!
  • FOLLOW ALL SAFETY SIGNS!
  • DANGEROUS TRICKS- Flips and other tricks are dangerous. Perform at your own risk if you have sufficient skill to avoid injuring yourself or others.
  • SKILL LEVEL- attempting maneuvers beyond one’s skill level may cause serious injury
  • RESPONSIBLE CONDUCT- Jumpers are expected to always participate in a safe and responsible manner
  • NO AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR- Do not push, tackle, wrestle, or engage in any other activity that may interfere with another participant.
  • Noncompliance may result in loss of jumping privileges.

 

PATRON RESPONSIBILITY CODE:

  • Master the fundamentals of single trampoline jumping before moving to more advanced maneuvers such as trampoline-to-trampoline jumping, wall trampoline jumping, and aerial type skills, which increase the risk of injury.

TRAMPOLINE COURT RULES:

  • NO ONE OVER 250 lbs.
  • ONE PERSON AT A TIME PER TRAMPOLINE
  • DO NOT JUMP if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.
  • ALWAYS empty out your pockets before entering. NO sharp objects or unauthorized devices (cameras, phones, etc.) allowed in the court.
  • DO NOT land on head or neck!
  • DO NOT affect another jumper’s bounce in any way.
  • DO NOT attempt a double flip.
  • NO back flips or forward moving back flips (“gainers”)
  • DO NOT sit or lie down on the court.
  • NO somersaults.
  • NO rough play or running.
  • NO climbing or hanging on the wall pads or nets.
  • ALWAYS remain in control.
  • ALWAYS follow the Court Monitor’s directions.
  • DO NOT jump if a Court Monitor is not present.
  • Noncompliance may result in loss of jumping privileges.

 

NINJA PARK RULES

  • Must be 48″ or taller
  • NO ONE OVER 220 lbs.
  • ONE PERSON AT A TIME PER OBSTACLE
  • DO NOT JUMP if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.
  • ALWAYS empty out your pockets before entering. NO sharp objects or unauthorized devices (cameras, phones, etc.) allowed in the court.
  • DO NOT land on head or neck!
  • DO NOT climb above obstacles, on bar, or truss structure.
  • NO food, candy, or gum
  • DO NOT touch overhead tracking system.
  • DO NOT hang upside down.
  • NO running or rough plan
  • No rough play or running.
  • ALWAYS remain in control of your body.
  • ALWAYS land feet first and knees apart.
  • ALWAYS follow the Court Monitor’s directions.
  • DO NOT enter if a Court Monitor is not present.
  • Noncompliance may result in loss of jumping privileges.

 

NET COURSE RULES

  • Must be 36″ or taller
  • NO ONE OVER 220 lbs.
  • ONE PERSON AT A TIME PER OBSTACLE
  • DO NOT JUMP if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.
  • ALWAYS empty out your pockets before entering. NO sharp objects or unauthorized devices (cameras, phones, etc.) allowed in the court.
  • DO NOT land on head or neck!
  • NO jumping into the safety net (floor net)
  • NO climbing the inside nets.
  • NO food, candy, or gum
  • NO running or rough plan
  • No rough play or running.
  • ALWAYS remain in control of your body.
  • ALWAYS follow the Court Monitor’s directions.
  • DO NOT enter if a Court Monitor is not present.
  • Noncompliance may result in loss of jumping privileges.

 

PERFORMANCE TRAMPOLINE RULES

  • NO ONE OVER 250 lbs.
  • ONE PERSON AT A TIME PER TRAMPOLINE
  • EXPERIENCED JUMPERS ONLY!
  • DO NOT JUMP if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.
  • ALWAYS empty out your pockets before entering. NO sharp objects or unauthorized devices (cameras, phones, etc.) allowed in the court.
  • DO NOT land on head or neck! NO DIVING!
  • DO NOT Attempt a double flip.
  • DO NOT sit or lie down on the walls.
  • DO NOT land on your feet off the wall- may cause sever leg or foot injury.
  • ALWAYS walk on and off the trampoline.
  • ALWAYS remain in control
  • ALWAYS walk on and off the trampoline.
  • ALWAYS follow the Court Monitor’s directions.
  • DO NOT enter if a Court Monitor is not present.
  • Noncompliance may result in loss of jumping privileges.

 

DUNK ZONE RULES

  • NO ONE OVER 250 lbs.
  • ONE PERSON SHOOTING/DUNKING AT A TIME
  • DO NOT JUMP if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.
  • ALWAYS empty out your pockets before entering. NO sharp objects or unauthorized devices (cameras, phones, etc.) allowed in the court.
  • DO NOT land on head or neck!
  • DO NOT touch the backboard.
  • NO somersaults.
  • NO hanging on basket, rim, or net.
  • NO double flips or somersaults.
  • NO back flips or forward moving back flips (“gainers”)
  • NO rough play or running.
  • ALWAYS remain in control.
  • WATCH YOUR HEAD!
  • ALWAYS follow the Court Monitor’s directions.
  • DO NOT jump if a Court Monitor is not present.
  • Noncompliance may result in loss of jumping privileges.

 

DODGEBALL RULES

NO ONE OVER 250 lbs

  1. Start in the back row of trampolines with equal number of dodgeballs on each side.
  2. You are out when:
    • You are hit by an opposing player with a LIVE thrown ball.
    • You drop a ball while deflecting a LIVE thrown ball.
    • An opponent catches a LIVE ball thrown by you before it touches the ground or wall.
    • You hit an opponent above the shoulders. HEAD SHOTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Players that throw a ball and hit an opponent in the head are out and will lose dodgeball playing privileges. Repeat infractions will have the player removed from the park.
    • A LIVE ball is one that has been thrown and has not touched anything, including the floor/ground, another ball, official or other item outside of the playing field (wall, ceiling, etc).
  1. Players may not cross or enter the neutral zone/center line between sides. Players crossing or stepping on the center line are out.
  2. Do not kick the dodgeballs.
  3. Once you are out, you must exit and wait in line for the next game.
  4. You will be removed from the court and possibly the building for:
    • Using abusive or foul language
    • Fighting
    • Ignoring Jump Patrol Referee directions
  1. Noncompliance may result in loss of jumping privileges.

 

FOAM PIT RULES:

  • NO ONE OVER 250 lbs.
  • DO NOT JUMP if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.
  • ALWAYS empty out your pockets before entering. NO sharp objects or unauthorized devices (cameras, phones, etc.) allowed in the court.
  • DO NOT land on head or neck!
  • DO NOT affect another jumper’s bounce in any way.
  • DO NOT enter foam pit until the landing area is clear.
  • NO double flips.
  • NO back flips or forward moving back flips (“gainers”)
  • ALWAYS remain in control.
  • ALWAYS walk on and off the courts
  • ALWAYS follow the Court Monitor’s directions.
  • DO NOT jump if a Court Monitor is not present.
  • ALWAYS one jumper at a time per trampoline lane.
  • Noncompliance may result in loss of jumping privileges.

 

AIR BAG RULES:

  • NO ONE OVER 250 lbs
  • ONE PERSON AT A TIME PER AIR BAG LANE
  • ENSURE AIR BAG IS INFLATED
  • DO NOT JUMP if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.
  • ALWAYS empty out your pockets before entering. NO sharp objects or unauthorized devices (cameras, phones, etc.) allowed in the court.
  • DO NOT land on head or neck!
  • DO NOT land on feet.
  • DO NOT land on stomach.
  • DO NOT enter air bag until the landing area is clear.
  • NO double flips.
  • NO back flips or forward moving back flips (“gainers”)
  • ALWAYS remain in control.
  • ALWAYS walk on and off the air bag.
  • ALWAYS follow the Court Monitor’s directions.
  • DO NOT jump if a Court Monitor is not present.
  • Noncompliance may result in loss of jumping privileges.

 

WARPED WALL RULES:

  • NO ONE OVER 230 lbs
  • MUST BE OVER 48″ TO ATTEMPT
  • ONLY ONE PERSON AT A TIME
  • DO NOT attempt if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.
  • ALWAYS empty out your pockets before entering. NO sharp objects or unauthorized devices (cameras, phones, etc.) allowed in the court.
  • DO NOT land on head or neck!
  • DO NOT JUMP OFF
  • NO sitting on warped wall
  • ONLY ATTEMPT TO CLIMB UP IF YOU CAN GET DOWN
  • TO EXIT PLEASE LOWER YOURSELF FROM THE LOWER PLATFORM
  • ALWAYS remain in control.
  • ALWAYS follow the Court Monitor’s directions.
  • DO NOT jump if a Court Monitor is not present.
  • Noncompliance may result in loss of jumping privileges

 

AIRCOURT NINJA WARRIOR COURSE RULES:

  • No loose or sharp objects including glasses.
  • Guests must follow staff’s instructions at all times. Always use equipment correctly.
  • One guest per lane at a time.
  • Always wait until the player in front of you clears the first lane.
  • Do not attempt the course beyond your own skill level and capability.
  • Adult supervision required at all times.
  • No rough or dangerous play.
  • Do not enter course when someone is on the landing area.
  • Guest with physical impairments; back, neck, knee or joint injuries; heart conditions; respiratory problems; broken or sprained bones; or that are pregnant are not allowed to participate.
  • No food or drink.

 

DIGITAL CLIMBING NET RULES:

  • No loose or sharp objects including glasses.
  • Guests must follow staff’s instructions at all times. Always use equipment correctly.
  • One guest per lane at a time.
  • Always wait until the player in front of you clears the first lane.
  • Do not attempt the course beyond your own skill level and capability.
  • Adult supervision required at all times.
  • No rough play or dangerous acts.
  • Do not enter course when someone is on the landing area.
  • Guest with physical impairments; back, neck, knee or joint injuries; heart conditions; respiratory problems; broken or sprained bones; or that are pregnant are not allowed to participate.
  • No food or drink.

 

WAVE SLIDE RULES:

  • NEVER SLIDE HEAD FIRST!
  • NO PUSHING!
  • CAUTION: Slides are FAST!
  • No loose or sharp objects including glasses.
  • Guests must follow staff’s instructions at all times.
  • Always cross arms on your chest and sit up straight while sliding.
  • Do not start until the landing area is clear.
  • Land feet-first and fall forward while landing.
  • Only one player is allowed at a time on each lane.
  • No neckties or necklaces.
  • No rough play.
  • Always exit the landing area immediately.
  • No climbing up or staying on the slide.

 

CLIMBING WALLS RULES:

  • No loose or sharp objects.
  • Guests must follow staff’s instructions at all times. Always use equipment and wear protective clothing correctly.
  • Guests must wear safety harness at all times along with other indpenedent safety devices.
  • Guests must be at least 42 inches tall.
  • Guests must weigh between 44 lbs and 285 lbs.
  • Socks are required. No shoes or bare feet allowed.
  • Long sleeves and pants are preferred. Tie back long hair. Scarves, loose wristbands and other flowing clothing are not allowed.
  • Guests must be inspected by staff before participating.
  • No participating without staff’s permission.
  • One player at a time.
  • No food or drink.
  • Guest with physical impairments; back, neck, knee or joint injuries; heart conditions; respiratory problems; broken or sprained bones; or that are preganant are not allowed to participate.

 

ROPES COURSE RULES:

  • No loose or sharp objects.
  • Guests must follow staff’s instructions at all times. Always use equipment and wear protective clothing correctly.
  • Guests must wear safety harness at all times along with other independent safety devices.
  • Guests must be at least 42 inches tall and less than 200 lbs.
  • Socks are required. No shoes or bare feet allowed.
  • Long sleeves and pants are preferred. Tie back long hair. Scarves, loose wristbands and other flowing clothing are not allowed.
  • Guests must be inspected by staff before participating.
  • Staff must check plate is into track before participating.
  • No participating without staff’s permission.
  • Rough play and high-risk activities are prohibited.
  • No food or drink.
  • Do not touch the overhead tracking system or tamper with your harness or line.
  • Guest with physical impairments; back, neck, knee or joint injuries; heart conditions; respiratory problems; broken or sprained bones; or that are pregnant are not allowed to participate.

 

SOFT PLAY RULES:

  • Before playing, read each areas ‘Play Rules’ carefully. Guests are under the staff’s instruction at all times.
  • This softplay is designed for kids under the height of 63 in. (maх height:63 in.). The toddler areas are designed for kids under the height of 37 in. (max height: 37 in.). Please choose an appropriate play area according to the player’s height.
  • Only attempt to use equipment within your skill level.
  • No lose or sharp objects including glasses.
  • Long-haired guests need to tie up their hair.
  • Adult supervision required at all times.
  • Guest with physical impairments; back, neck, knee or joint injuries; heart conditions; respiratory problems; broken or sprained bones; or that are pregnant are not allowed to participate.
  • No food or drink.
  • No smoking.
  • No climbing on the nets inside or outside of the equipment.
  • No climbing or leaning on the fence.
  • No rough play.
  • No littering.
  • Watch your bags. We are not responsible for missing, stolen, or broken items.

 

JUMP SLIDE RULES:

  • No loose or sharp objects.
  • Guests must follow staff’s instructions at all times.
  • Designed for guests 42-62 inches tall and under 116 lbs.
  • Please sit in the tube in the proper position with hips in the tube. Grab the handles and make sure your feet are away from the slide surface.
  • Only one person on a tube at a time per lane.
  • DO NOT SLIDE IF NOT ON A TUBE.
  • Always exit the landing area immediately.
  • Please return the tube to the tube storage zone after use.
  • To prevent pinching, no scarves, lose wristbands, and other potentially loose clothing.
  • No walking on or climbing up the electric jump slide.
  • Guest with physical impairments; back, neck, knee or joint injuries; heart conditions; respiratory problems; broken or sprained bones; or that are pregnant are not allowed to participate.

 

TODDLER ZONE RULES:

  • DESIGNED FOR GUESTS UNDER 39 INCHES (GUEST MAX HEIGHT: 39 INCHES).
  • No loose or sharp objects including glasses.
  • Guests must follow staff’s instructions at all times. Always use equipment correctly.
  • Adult supervision required at all times.
  • Diapers required for babies at all times.
  • AdventureSocks must be worn.
  • No rough play or dangerous acts.
  • Do not put your body into the ball pit completely
  • No food or drink.

 

INFLATABLE AIR COURT RULES:

  • No loose or sharp objects.
  • Before playing, read each area’s rules carefully. Always use equipment correctly.
  • Guests must follow staff’s instructions at all times. Always use equipment correctly.
  • Guests must not weigh over 220 lbs.
  • Adventure Socks are required.
  • No rough play or dangerous acts.
  • NEVER LAND ON HEAD OR NECK.
  • Tie back long hair. Scarves, loose wristbands and other flowing clothing are not allowed.
  • Guests must be inspected by staff before participating.
  • No food or drink.
  • On slides, always go feet first.
  • One guest at a time on slides.
  • Do not jump from top of climbing walls.
  • Always make sure no one is below you when sliding or climbing.
  • Guest with physical impairments; back, neck, knee or joint injuries; heart conditions; respiratory problems; broken or sprained bones; or that are preganant are not allowed to participate.

 

SPORTS AIR COURT RULES:

ALWAYS:

  • MAX WEIGHT 275 LBS.
  • Wear Adventure Socks.
  • Valid waiver and wristband required.
  • Participate only with guests of similar size and age.
  • Follow game rules set by the staff present.
  • Be respectful to all other participants.
  • Good sportsmanship required.
  • Be aware of your surroundings.
  • Use ball(s) provided by Jump Start.
  • Remain in control of your body.

NEVER:

  • Never participate if more than 275 LBS
  • Never hang on the rims or goal posts
  • Never leisurely lean into the surrounding net
  • Never throw balls at other participants with malicious/negative intent or in an aggressive manner
  • Never tackle, push, fight or bully another participant
  • Never participate with participants who are not similar in size and age
  • Never participate if staff is not present
  • Never land on your head or neck

 

BALL BLASTER RULES:

  • No loose or sharp objects.
  • Guests must follow staff’s instructions at all times. Always use equipment correctly.
  • Please share the Ball Blaster with other players.
  • No shooting at the head.
  • Do not take balls out of the ball room.
  • Do not put other objects in the cannon.
  • No climbing on shooting equipment.
